What to Include

Response Time
Two business days for a personal reply on reader questions and corrections. Editorial partnerships and press enquiries usually return within one business day. What We Can't Help With
We can't intervene in individual disputes between a player and an offshore casino; those go through the casino's licensor (usually Curaçao, Kahnawake, MGA or Alderney). We can point you at the right dispute channel if you email the casino name and the nature of the dispute.
